CHANGE
Essentra plc, a leading global
manufacturer and provider of essential components and solutions,
announces that Ralf K. Wunderlich has today stepped down from his
role as Non-Executive Director. Ralf joined Essentra in 2017 and
during his tenure with the Company served on the Nomination,
Audit & Risk, ESG and Remuneration committees.
As announced today by Huhtamaki Oyj,
a company listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange, Ralf has
been appointed as President and CEO with effect from 15 January
2025.
Scott Fawcett, Essentra CEO,
commented, "Ralf's contribution to Essentra has been outstanding
and I thank him for his contribution to the business during a
period of significant change."
