Appointment of New Distributor

The board of directors of the company ("the Board") is pleased to announce that A & S International Ltd ("A & S") has agreed to become an Independent Sales Organisation ("ISO") for SulNOx.

The A & S team has been in the distribution business for 47 years and sell a range of machinery lubrication and bioremediation solutions to multiple industries, including both shipping and mining, with more than 50 distribution arrangements in over 40 countries. The strategic vision of SulNOx is to provide its unique proprietary environmental technology, manufactured by Nouryon, a global speciality chemicals leader, to ISO around the world, who have known their customers for many years. The arrangement with A & S is an important step in the development of our strategy.

Angus Macdonald of A&S commented, "As a business, we always search for specialist sustainable products that can enhance the experience of our clients in their fields of excellence as well as importantly helping the environment. Having now been in conversations with SulNOx for around three years, both parties agree that everything is now in place to take these unique environmental products to our extensive customer base."
