iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, has been notified
on 8 December 2021 by Scott Cunningham, Chief Financial Officer,
that he exercised 40,000 unapproved options of 1 pence each and
retained them in shares. Following this transaction, Scott
Cunningham's beneficial interest is 60,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.055% of the total voting rights in the Company.
