I took out an offer this morning and they booked it as a sell order and moved the price down. They’re playing games because it’s thin.

Filing with the FDA requires a commercial production facility the FDA can inspect and approve. The company still doesn't have such a facility and they won't have it until the EDEN Unit is judged to be making the vaccine properly.
