On March 24, 2020, the United States Commodity Index Funds Trust (the “Registrant”), and each of the United States Commodity Index Fund (“USCI”) and the United States Copper Index Fund (“CPER”), which are series of the Registrant, issued their annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019, as required pursuant to Rule 4.22 under the Commodity Exchange Act.
