Costs of Goods Sold $ 6,266,858
Selling & Administration Expenses $ 1,373,976 ( This should not be more
than $ 60 K, because its all made by NB Plants but not EG or TRTC !
This $ Amount need to be added to Costs of Goods and then
we have the objective and effective Gross Losses !! )
Loss from Operation $ 808,029
( This numbers now by over 1800 Stores with Edible Garden Labeled
Products at such as WALMART where all is Sold by NB Plants !
At SEC 10-Q of Q2 2014 with 500 Stores compare to 10-Q of 2015
of Q2 with over 1400 Stores, the Revenues Increase $ 950 Only ! )

Cannabis Products : ( Oakland MJ Lab and CA IVXX LLC )
Total Revenues $ 852,745
Costs of Goods Sold $ 569,417
Selling & Administration Expenses $ 721,104 ( This should not be more
Than $ 60 K, because its all made by BlumOak but not IVXX or TRTC !
This numbers now by over 125 Dispensaries with IVXX Products and not
24 Dispensaries including BlumOak as at Q1 of 2015 !
This $ Amount need to be added to Costs of Goods and then
We have the objective and effective Gross Losses !!
Where is the first NV Dispensary suppose to be open since months,
if they would not need additional $ 11 Millions for all NV Projects.
This also under the consideration, that over 100 Companies
produce MJ Concentrates by some also with CO2-Extraction
and this for $ 30 - 40 per gram in good qualities as sold and
not by $ 60 per gram as IVXX LLC with nice packing, where
Patients don’t care about packing, just reasonable prices !! )
