Amarok Energy Inc. ("Amarok" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:AMR) is pleased
to announce that it has filed its audited consolidated financial statements and
the related management's discussion and analysis for the twelve months ended
December 31, 2013 and the annual information form of the Corporation ("AIF") for
the year ended December 31, 2013 on the System for Electronic Document Analysis
and Retrieval ("SEDAR"). The AIF contains disclosure of the Corporation's
reserves evaluation effective as of December 31, 2013, as required by National
Instrument 51-101. Copies of these documents can be found on the SEDAR website
at www.sedar.com. 


The Corporation is also pleased to announce the appointment of John Newman as
the new Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
