Explanatory Note

 

This Amendment No. 1 (the “Form 20-F/A”) to the Annual Report on Form 20-F of Intelligent Living Application Group Inc. (the “Company”) for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 20-F”), which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2024, is being filed for the purpose of amending Exhibit 12.1 and 12.2 of the Form 20-F in order to include the introductory language in paragraph 4 regarding responsibilities for establishing and maintaining internal control over financial reporting.

 

Except as described above, this Form 20-F/A does not, and does not purport to, amend, modify, update or restate any information set forth in the Form 20-F or reflect any events that occurred subsequent to the filing of the Form 20-F on April 30, 2024.
