Dividend Timetable

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 18 February, the Company wishes to advise that the interim dividend declared for the period from 1 October 2015 to 31 December 2015 will be paid on 24 March 2016, rather than 25 March 2016.

Home Member State

In accordance with, and for the general purposes of, DTR 6.4.2, the Board of the Company announces that the UK is its home member state.
