    SHARE BUY BACK

    Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin" or the "Company") announces that it has today purchased 68,000 of its own ordinary shares of nominal
value $0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 14.59p per share. The Ordinary Shares have been purchased for cancellation.

    The purchase represents 0.04% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and is pursuant to the bye laws of the Company and a resolution passed by
the directors.

    The purchase and cancellation will reduce the number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 181,589,731.
