Result of
Annual General Meeting
Deltic Energy Plc, the AIM-quoted
natural resources investing company with a portfolio of operated
and non-operated exploration and appraisal assets in the UK North
Sea, announces the results of the voting on the resolutions put to
its Annual General Meeting held earlier today. All resolutions put
to Shareholders at the meeting were successfully passed.
