Landi Renzo: Annual Report at December 31, 2011 filed
Cavriago (Reggio Emilia), March 30, 2012 We inform you that the Annual Report at December 31, 2011 (including: draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2011, Directors' report, Statements according to art 154-bis TUF, together with Report on corporate governance, ownership structure, and with reports of Auditing Company and of the Board of Statutory Auditors) is available on the Company's internet website www.landi.it ( InvestorRelations / Governance / 2012 Shareholders' Meeting documents section) and has been filed at the Company's Headquarters and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. In the same way the Remuneration Statement and the relevant and ex-EU Subsidiary-Companies accounting situations, which have been drawn up for the Group Balance Sheet, in accordance with art 36 Market Regulation have been made public.
