LONDON--Business process outsourcing company Capita PLC (CPI.LN) said Tuesday that it secured a 140 million pounds ($191.12 million) five-year customer management services contract from Tesco Mobile, a unit of U.K. supermarket chain Tesco PLC (TSCO.LN).

Under the contract, the company will continue to enhance Tesco Mobile's customer service propositions, using technology and service design methods. The contract is due to commence on Aug. 1.

At 0700 GMT, shares of Capita traded 2.8% higher at 872 pence.
