Sprout enters the DIY market with an innovative and high quality tiny home shell kit that can be built in 3 days!

La Junta, CO -- July 8, 2015 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Sprout Tiny Homes today announces its latest tiny home product - SPROUTPAK,  A Structural Insulated Panel, AKA a SIP-based tiny home DIY kit!   Until now, Sprout has not offered a DIY kit for customers who want to build their own tiny home. Historically, it’s been a very difficult task for customers who have chosen to build their own tiny home via traditional stick built construction methods.  Research suggests only about 4% of the people that start building a tiny home, actually finish it.  SPROUTPAK is designed to drastically change this statistic by offering a very easy to build SIP-based tiny home kit.  

The kit comes complete with a custom designed 20’ heavy duty trailer with SIP floor attached, engineered SIP panels, 15 energy star rated windows, a solid core  wood entry door and  metal roof - everything you need to build a weatherproof tiny home shell.  With a SPROUTPAK, a DIY customer with a couple of helpers, can build an Aspen or Birch model tiny home shell in 2 or 3 days.   Once the shell is built, the tiny home can be completed to move-in ready condition in about 3 weeks.  The kit comes with a detailed instructional manual and video of how to build the shell.   Sprout also has a catalog of interior modules for sale to speed up the interior finish including kitchen cabinet / countertop and bathroom vanity modules, Queen and full horizontal murphy beds, a step / storage staircase for lofts, wall mounted toilets and built in storage modules.
