eFUEL EFN, Corp. (Pink Sheets:EFLN) is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the initial beta test of the new BackgroundChecker iPhone app. The app works and we believe it will be a worthwhile addition to the iTunes Store. We have instructed our developers to make a few small changes to improve its functions. Management believes that the BackgroundChecker app will be sent to Apple for review and presentation in the iTunes Store on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Management also believes that the new BackgroundChecker app will increase quarterly revenue.

Our development team is currently working on the following improvements to the INEXSolutions.com site: re-write using the latest programming language resulting in user speed improvements for INEX clients, as the old site was written more than 8 years ago. The new main page www.INEXSolutions.com is re-written and the new colors/graphics and language are in use on that page, the "sign-up" page, new client "Registration" page, and the new "Terms and Conditions" page have also been upgraded and are now available to INEX clients.

Our developer's current task is to re-write the entire Client order entry system using the above colors and improved language; including the login page, enter orders page, pending orders page, completed orders page, archived orders page, and many more. In conjunction with these re-writes will be a change in the login page/system, whereby the Client will use their individual email address and password to login. Each client will have the ability to have multiple users login via their individual email address, the INEX system will track which user entered each order enabling INEX to send email messages to that user if additional information is needed to complete the order.
