Further to the press release issued May 6th, 2009, Degama Software
Solutions Inc., (PINK SHEETS: DGMA) has terminated the previously
announced Letter of Intent to acquire all the issued and
outstanding shares of IgeaCare Systems Inc.
Degama will continue to explore other opportunities for
acquisition.
