The Dutch-based firm has annual gross revenues of EUR 3 million and 28 employees. The activities of Plan & Projectpartners will be combined with those of ARCADIS subsidiary PRC, which as a result of this acquisition will have a leading position in the Dutch real estate consultancy market for healthcare. Together PRC and Plan & Projectpartners will be able to capitalize on developments in the health sector. Further financial details were not disclosed.
