This document corrects and replaces the press release that was sent today at 3:23 PM EST and 4:05 PM EST. The error occurred in the first paragraph where it should have read "The distribution will be paid on April 30, 2018 to holders of Class B Non-Voting shares of record on April 30, 2018." The corrected release appears below.

Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV:BCF) announced today that its board of directors has declared a distribution of $0.1763 per Class B Non-Voting share of the Company.  The distribution will be paid on April 30, 2018 to holders of Class B Non-Voting shares of record on April 30, 2018.
