NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS
ServicePower announces new contract with Siemens Communications
To supply optimized field service scheduling solution
ServicePower, developer of artificial intelligence based, field service
scheduling applications, today announced a contract with Siemens Communications,
a division of Siemens plc. This is the second Siemens group company to select
SERVICEPower, following the Siemens Energy contract last year. Siemens
Communications is one of the UK's leading communications suppliers, offering a
full choice of technology and service solutions from simple telephony through to
full network outsourcing; this is ServicePower's second customer in this market.
The contract, worth #0.4 million, is to schedule the work of more than 200
technicians in the UK who install, repair and maintain corporate telephony
equipment. As with recently announced contract with Gent Services, Siemens
Communications operate in a fast response emergency repair business environment,
and are also a SAP user. This means we have now interfaced to SAP more times
than to any other service management system.
ServicePower will be announcing interim results for the six months ended 30th
June 2003 on Thursday 18th September 2003.
