                     Exchange & Completion of Contracts re:

            New Management Agreement with Great English Pub Company







On 1 December 2003, Honeycombe Leisure PLC ("Honeycombe" or "the Company"),
announced that it had exchanged heads of terms with the Great English Pub
Company ("GEPC"), for a management agreement to run all 6 of GEPC's sites, which
operate under the Ma Hubbards brand.  Honeycombe today is very pleased to
announce that contracts have been exchanged between both parties and that formal
completion has been reached.   The Company has already taken over the management
of these sites and it looks forward to the future successful development of the
Ma Hubbards concept.
