The Company was advised today that on 22 December 2003 D J Gleeson was involved
in the following Share transactions:


1. The exercise of 27,000 Share Options under the Gleeson Group
Executive Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of #9.13 per share.



2. The gift of 13,000 of the Shares so acquired to his spouse,
Mrs R M C Gleeson.



3. The sale of 14,000 shares held in his own name and 13,000
shares held by his spouse at a price of #12.00 per Share.
