Issue of new shares following exercise of option

The Directors of the Company announce the issue of 165,000 new ordinary shares
of 1p each resulting from the exercise of an option.

Application has been made for the 165,000 shares so issued to be admitted to
trading on AIM and it is anticipated that the shares will be so admitted on 25
July 2003.
