Donatantonio plc ("the Company") was informed on 21 March 2003 that the entire
shareholding of The Executors of Lou Donatantonio (731,625 10p Ordinary Shares,
or 4.8% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital) have been transferred to Mrs
Margaret Donatantonio. Mrs Margaret Donatantonio now owns 1,614,625 10p Ordinary
Shares, or 10.7% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
