                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Company was notified on 30 May 2003 that Mr Mark Robinson and Mr Hugh
Edmonds, both directors of the Company, on 30 May 2003 purchased 325,000 and
75,000 ordinary 2p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at a
price of 12p per Ordinary Share.


Following these purchases of Ordinary Shares Mr Robinson and Mr Edmonds
interests' in the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital are as follows.

*          In addition to his direct holding as shown above, Mark Robinson also
