Announcement Regarding the Board of Directors Decision to Issue Debt Instruments

 

Our Company's Board of Directors has resolved to issue debt instruments up to a maximum amount of USD 1 billion or equivalent foreign currency, in various types and maturities, with fixed and / or variable interest rates to be determined according to the market conditions at the date of issuance, to be realized through one or more issuances, as a private placement without a public offering and / or issuance to qualified investors abroad, pursuant to article 25 of the Articles of Association of our Company and in line with the provisions of Communiqué on Debt Securities of Capital Markets Board. The respective issuance is subject to the approval of the Capital Markets Board.
