Declaration of Dividend
The Company issued a press release announcing that on November 21, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.14 per share of common stock payable on December 31, 2024, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2024. This is an increase of $0.01 per share from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, including the cautionary language regarding forward-looking statements.

STELLAR BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
HOUSTON, November 21, 2024 - (BUSINESS WIRE) – Stellar Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: STEL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock payable on December 31, 2024, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2024. This is an increase of $0.01 per share from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share.
