Inc. (NYSE: SPR) announced today that Jon
Lammers has joined the company as senior vice president,
general counsel and secretary, reporting to Jeff Turner, president and CEO.

Lammers brings more than 20 years of legal experience, including
the last 15 years with Cargill, Incorporated. He served as
Cargill's Asia Pacific general
counsel in Singapore and most
recently as the company's deputy North American general counsel in
Minneapolis, Minn. In his
role at Spirit, Lammers is responsible for oversight of all of
Spirit's legal matters across the global enterprise.

Lammers earned a bachelor of science in business administration
from the University of Southern
