hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, in compliance with the provisions of Resolution of the Brazilian Securities
Commission ("CVM") No. 44, of August 23, 2021, and in addition to the Market Announcement disclosed on September 17, 2021, that,
on September 28, 2021, the Brazilian Institute for the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources - Ibama issued the Installation License
("LI") No. 1400/2021 that enables the start of the implementation of the Manaus - Boa Vista Transmission Line, with two sections
and 715 km of extension, in the States of Amazonas and Roraima, whose concession is the responsibility of Transnorte Energia SA
Transnorte Energia S.A. is a Special Purpose
Entity – SPE constituted by Eletrobras Eletronorte, owner of 49% of the shares, and Alupar Investimentos S/A, with 51% of the shares.
The Company will keep the market informed about
the developments of the matter dealt with in this Announcement.
