On June 24, 2019, Catalent, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc.
(the Operating Company), has commenced a private offering (the Private Offering) of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2027 (the Notes). The full text of the press release
