Caterpillar Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend to $1.11

Caterpillar Inc. increased its quarterly cash dividend by 8% to
$1.11 a share.
The new dividend will be payable on August 20 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on July 20, the company said.
Caterpillar said it has paid a cash dividend every year since
it's founding and has paid quarterly dividends since 1933.
