AstraZeneca
PLC (the Company) announced today a number of Board Committee
changes:
➢
Michel
Demaré will succeed Leif Johansson as Chair of the Nomination and
Governance Committee, with effect from the conclusion of the
Company's Annual General Meeting today, 27 April 2023.
➢
Nazneen
Rahman will become a member of the Remuneration Committee,
effective 1 May 2023.
➢
Euan
Ashley will succeed Nazneen Rahman as Chair of the Science
Committee, effective 1 June 2023. Dr Rahman will remain as a
member of the Science Committee.
➢
Euan
Ashley will become a member of the Nomination and Governance
Committee, effective 1 June 2023.
