Item 2.02.    Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

On May 5, 2023, Athene Holding Ltd. (the “Company”) made available on its website a historical financial supplement, furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02, which has been recast to reflect the Company’s adoption of the US GAAP accounting standard related to Targeted Improvements to the Accounting for Long-Duration Contracts (LDTI). The new standard includes updates to areas pertaining to the accounting and disclosures for long-duration insurance and investment contracts. The Company adopted LDTI as of January 1, 2023, which required the Company to apply the new standard retrospectively back to January 1, 2022, corresponding to the date of the merger involving the Company and Apollo Global Management, Inc.
