Sandell-Kawders' fifteen-year commercial banking and financial services career includes eleven years in Eugene and experience in all aspects of commercial lending. She most recently served at Umpqua Bank as Vice President-Credit Review officer. Sandell-Kawders earned an MBA equivalent degree from the University of Stockholm, Sweden and is a graduate of Western States General Banking School. She is past Chair of the Oregon Bankers Association Audit committee and is involved with Eugene Emerald Rotary. Murray was a credit analyst at Siuslaw Bank before coming to West Coast Bank. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon. He is a member of Kiwanis and serves on the projects committee.
