Shareholders expected a 1:10 or thereabouts. A 1:100 is about as nasty as you can get imo. Cusip number and symbol change to FDCTD has been assigned.
They should have gone the way of buyout and save all around. Just my take

There is an urgency now for some action.
If elite twiddle their thumbs until the November CC, the SP is cooked. Dead. Done.
Elite need to make and announce some decisions and soon.

The more the patent shelf life decreases, the more the value degrades, then the more the prospective buyer is less incentivized. They must find a buyer before it goes down to seven unless they discover another blockbuster on the horizon.
