Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 3, 2023, James King, Chief Technology Officer of NCS Multistage Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), and the Company agreed that he will be leaving his position effective as of such date. Upon the effective date of the termination of his employment, Mr. King will be entitled to the severance payments set forth in Section 9(a) of his employment agreement.
