Effective as of December 23, 2024, Mr. Jordan R. Plews resigned as Director of PMGC Holdings Inc. (f/k/a Elevai Labs Inc., the “Company”). Mr. Plews’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies), or practices. Mr. Plews’ resignation letter is filed herein as Exhibit 99.1.
