DELL Dell Inc. (MM)

A special committee at Dell Inc. (DELL) will negotiate with Blackstone Group L.P. (BX) and activist investor Carl Icahn over separate proposals to take the company private, CNBC's Andrew Ross Sorkin reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Details of the offers, which would compete with those from Dell founder Michael Dell and ally Silver Lake Partners, are expected to come later Monday morning, CNBC reported.
