Information on the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares (Article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007)

Company or Celyad Oncology), today announces the below information following the issuance, on 04 September 2023, of 3,930,770 new shares of Celyad Oncology SA (the Company) to Tolefi and an affiliate of Fortress
Investment Group as well as other historical shareholders. As a result, the Companys share capital has been increased to 80,628,224.49 EUR and is represented by 26,524,726 shares.
This information is published in accordance with Article 15 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major participations in issuers whose
shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and regarding miscellaneous provisions.
