The CEO holds no power… the Board Of Directors call the shots.You would know that if you read anything about this company other than this board. 

They mentioned in the press release the $150 M valuation was going into another ticker to be listed so indeed where does this ticker end up doing after raking in millions I'm curious to see the accounting of the share sells from significant owners here...
