Result of
Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce
that, at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 28 June
2024 at 10.00 a.m., all resolutions put to the meeting were duly
passed by the requisite majorities. Votes (by
proxy and in person) were validly received
in respect of 159,049,254 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 22.5% of the issued ordinary shares.
