Waterlogic Plc (AIM: WTL) announces that on 14 November 2012 it was notified by Ariel Recanati, non-executive Chairman of the Company, that Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc., a company for which Mr Recanati is a non-executive director, has filed voluntary Chapter 11 petitions in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

There is nothing further to disclose in respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
