                       Appointment of Logistics Director



The Directors of Waterline Group plc, one of the UK's largest suppliers to the
fitted kitchens industry, are pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew
Lillywhite (45) as Logistics Director to its Operational Board.


Andrew has more than 20 years' experience within the field of fast-moving
consumer goods. Having previously been with Waterline Limited from February 2003
to October 2004 as Logistics Manager, Andrew has contributed by maximising the
existing logistics infrastructure of the Group whilst developing the strategy
for growth of the business.


Andrew has previously worked for domestic appliance manufacturers, 3rd party
logistics providers and an internet retailer. He is proficient in planning,
co-ordinating and controlling logistics operations whilst improving customer
care and service levels.


Commenting on Andrew's appointment, Michael Lawrence (CEO) said

of Logistics Director with the view of improving and building upon the already
successful delivery infrastructure".
