                           SCRIP DIVIDEND DECLARATION 
 
 
 
The Company announces that 69,021 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") will be 
issued to shareholders who have elected to receive Shares instead of cash in 
respect of the second interim dividend for the period ended 31 December 2010. 
The Shares will be issued to shareholders from Shares held in treasury on 5 
November 2010. 
 
Following that issue, the Company will have 20,830,484 Shares in issue, of which 
93,644 Shares will be held in treasury.  Accordingly, the Company's voting share 
capital will be increased to 20,736,840.
