The Directors have decided to declare an interim dividend of 0.90p (2008: 0.90p) 
for the year ending 31 December 2009 to ordinary shareholders who are registered 
at the close of business on 4 September 2009. 
The Directors propose that ordinary shareholders be offered the right to elect 
to receive new ordinary shares in lieu of the cash interim dividend. 
Shares will go ex dividend on 2 September 2009 and the record date is 4 
September 2009. 
The interim dividend will be payable on 6 November 2009.
