BOARD CHANGES

Jeremy Hicks and Giles Thorley have, after three years of serving as Non-Executive Directors of TUI Travel PLC, decided that they will not be standing for re-election at the Group's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 3 February 2011. They have, therefore, resigned from the Board with effect from 31 January 2011.

Commenting, Sir Michael Hodgkinson TUI Travel's Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director said:

"Jeremy and Giles have been valued members of our Board since the creation of TUI Travel in 2007. Prior to that they both served as Non-Executive Directors of First Choice Holidays PLC and I and my fellow directors would like to thank them for the considerable contribution they have made to the Board over this period."

The Group has begun the process of identifying potential new Non-Executive Directors and announcements will be made in due course.
