The Company was informed on 28 August 2003 that on 26 August 2003, Mr. Graham
Jenney purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of
the Company. Following this transaction Mr. Jenney is interested in 4,000,000
ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company representing
5.54 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The registered owner
