The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 1.00pm on 23 July 2024 at 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7AF. The following documents (as applicable) have been mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available today:

•             Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 February 2024 ("2024 Annual Report");

•           Notice of AGM 2024 and;

•           Form of Proxy.
