The  Company  was  notified  on 16 April 2008 that, following  the  purchase  of
4,611,165  ordinary  shares in the Company, at a price of 0.85p  per  share,  Mr
Renwick  Robert Haddow is now interested in 15,898,042 ordinary  shares  in  the
Company. This holding represents 19.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
