    Director's share dealings

    Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, TGE announces that it been notified that on Monday  15 December  2008, Mr Ulrich Menninghaus
(Operations Director) and Dr Klaus Gerdsmeyer (Sales & Business Development Director) each purchased 510 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of �18 per share.

    Following these purchases, Mr Menninghaus and Dr Gerdsmeyer are now beneficially interested in the ordinary share capital of the Company
as follows:
