                                Issue of equity

Following the announcement by Secure Design KK on 19 February ("Secure Design"
or the "Company") of a planned Subscription, for a total of approximately 80
million yen (approximately �0.38m) by the issue of 4 million new ordinary shares
at a price of 20 yen per share the Company announces that to date only JPY 30
million (�0.15m) or 1.5 million shares has been subscribed for by Taketoshi
Kashiwabara, Chairman of Secure Design.


Taketoshi Kashiwabara, believes a technical procedural delay has prevented the
other proposed investor subscribing for 2.5 million of the 4 million new
ordinary shares. The Company expects the delay to be short and to update
shareholders as to the full subscription shortly.


The Admission of the 1.5million new ordinary shares is expected to be on 18
March 2008.


Following admission Mr Kashiwabara will have a beneficial interest in 27,770,000
ordinary shares being 67.8 per cent of the total issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.


Upon admission the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 40,952,226.
